Vicem 67 – Mahogany Rose

2007 Vicem 67 Flybridge – Mahogany Rose

Charleston, SC

January 2019 Update

Mahogany Rose has now had a 25% ($350,000) price reduction to $1,050,000. She is scheduled for a new paint job and new exterior cushions this spring, and an early contract would allow a lucky buyer to specify their own color choices.

Vicem Yachts’s downeast designs are prized the world over. Their 67 to 75 foot flybridge models are particularly famous for their perfect balance of elegance, performance, and accommodations. They have been Vicem’s top sellers for years.

No expense was spared in the design and construction of this fine yacht. She was the second Vicem built for her knowledgable owner, who now plans to move down in size.

Mahogany Rose offers three large cabins, plus a crew cabin for two (although she has always been owner-operated)

Her most notable accomplishments include:

  • A brilliantly conceived and executed convertible office, built around a folding, Murphy-bed style executive desk
  • A fully extended flybridge with a full sun/rain/insect enclosure for the cockpit below
  • An air-conditoned engine room
  • Oversized bow and stern thrusters (spec’d for an 85′ yacht)
  • A uniquely attractive mix of high gloss and satin varnish below decks, with custom inlayed teak and holly floors.
  • Yacht Controller remote control
  • A massively overbuilt twin anchoring system
  • An innovative rotating radar mast allowing full Great Loop accessibility
  • All newly done varnish, canvas, and bottom paint.
  • A new tender

About Dave Mallach

It amazes me to say that this now my twentieth year as a yacht broker. I'm lucky enough split my time between Manhattan and Westhampton Beach, but in season you are most likely to find me on my trawler “Gypsy” at mooring #44 in Coecles Harbor, Shelter Island. Or, of course, you can just call me at 516-816-1703. I do look forward to it.
